ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT – SANTA ANITA
A company specializing in corporate event services, structural assembly, audiovisual production, and logistics is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant.

Job Objective
Execute the recording, control, and verification of the company’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring proper documentation handling and compliance with tax regulations and internal procedures.
Main Responsibilities
* Record invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
* Validate correct issuance and supporting documentation for tax vouchers.
* Maintain up-to-date purchase, sales, and auxiliary ledger records.
* Reconcile SIRE purchase records.
* Support bank reconciliations and monthly accounting closings.
* Record and monitor company income and expenses.
* Control and account for the operational petty cash fund.
* Prepare accounts receivable and accounts payable reports.
* Support scheduling payments to suppliers and external service providers.
* Verify expenses related to event setup, logistics, and production.
* Coordinate with the Logistics department for acquisition recordkeeping.
* Support corporate service billing.
* Upload invoices to client portals such as SAP, Oracle, E\-Biz or others, attaching service orders, HES, and photographic evidence.
* Maintain organized physical and digital accounting archives.
* Support internal audits and financial reviews.
* Prepare accounting reports requested by immediate management.
* Promptly report any identified accounting irregularities.
Requirements
* Graduate technician, bachelor’s degree holder, or final-cycle student in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum one year of experience in accounting or administrative functions.
* Knowledge of general accounting and basic taxation.
* Familiarity with payment vouchers and current tax regulations.
* Experience in bank reconciliations and control of accounts receivable and payable.
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency: tables, formulas, and report generation.
* Familiarity with any accounting software is desirable.
* Basic English proficiency is desirable but not mandatory.
* Availability to occasionally handle banking or administrative tasks.
