**Schneider Ingenieros S.A.C.**, a company specialized in critical power solutions, electrical infrastructure, and air conditioning, is seeking an **Administrative Manager** to strengthen our team.
We seek a professional who is organized, responsible, and analytical, capable of managing and supervising the company's administrative processes while maintaining appropriate documentation, financial, and operational controls.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and control the company's administrative and financial operations.
* Monitor payments to suppliers, customers, and outstanding obligations.
* Manage payment receipts, invoices, purchase orders, and administrative documentation.
* Support cash control, bank transactions, and bank reconciliations.
* Prepare administrative and financial reports for Management.
* Keep internal company systems updated with current information.
* Coordinate with various departments to track and ensure compliance with administrative processes.
* Supervise and organize administrative and accounting documentation.
* Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Support budget and expense planning and control for the company.
**Requirements:**
* Technical degree, bachelor's degree, or university degree in **Administration, Accounting, or related fields**.
* Experience in administrative and/or business management roles.
* Knowledge of administrative, financial, and accounting processes.
* Familiarity with electronic payment vouchers and tax documentation.
* Proficiency with **SUNAT** and administrative tools.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**.
* ERP systems or management software experience is desirable.
* Strong organizational, analytical, monitoring, and coordination skills.
* Availability for on-site work.
Working Hours:
* **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
* **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
