Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Develop and monitor business cases to measure their impact. Identify value-creation opportunities aligned with annual financial objectives. Ensure that identified savings or revenues are directly reflected in the unit’s budget. Document processes through manuals and KPIs to ensure improvements are scalable and repeatable. Ensure validation and adoption of initiatives by tracking KPIs and effectively implementing new processes during transition. Implement tools enabling centralized management of requests and requirements, facilitating prioritization, tracking, and progress monitoring. Translate initiatives, results, and priorities into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership, developing executive presentations. Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives against planned timelines and expected impact. Prepare materials, agendas, and coordinate activities for corporate visits and national tours. Consolidate commitments and findings arising from tours and commercial network meetings.
