




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the recording of information, account analysis, reconciliations, and the annual accounting closing process. Key Highlights: 1. A professional environment for learning and technical skill enhancement. **Main Responsibilities** * Recording information in the STARSOFT Accounting System. * Supporting the analysis and reconciliation of accounts related to: * Payroll and salaries (provisions for bonuses, CTS, vacations) * Labor taxes * Bank reconciliations * Accounts receivable * Customer advances. * Accounts payable * Supporting the review and control of transactions subject to the Detraction System (SPOT). * Organizing, archiving accounting and tax documentation, and printing official accounting books. * Providing general support to the accounting team during the annual accounting closing process. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Accounting (completed). * Minimum two years of experience as an Accounting Assistant, preferably in service or consulting firms. * Operational knowledge of the STARSOFT Accounting System (mandatory). * Practical knowledge of the Detraction System. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, proactivity, and responsibility. * Availability for on-site work in San Isidro. **Working Conditions** * **Gross Monthly Salary:** Between S/ 1,500 and S/1,800 depending on qualifications. * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) * **Work Location:** San Isidro District. **What We Offer** * Direct participation in an actual accounting closing process. * Professional experience in a foreign company. * A professional environment for learning and technical skill enhancement. * Opportunity to expand knowledge in payroll, inventories, and construction accounting.
