At La Muralla Real Estate Group, we continue growing and are currently looking for an HR and Administration Assistant with experience in the real estate sector who wishes to join an organized, dynamic, and results-oriented team. RESPONSIBILITIES * Organize and manage HR department documentation. * Coordinate vacations, leaves of absence, medical leave, and overtime. * Assist accounting in payroll preparation. * Manage employee benefits (CTS, BONUSES, VACATIONS, LEAVES, ETC). * Draft and renew employment contracts. * Support the personnel selection process. * Experience in civil construction payroll. * PDT \- PLAME REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, HR, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in payroll processing, attendance control, and Microsoft Office.
