Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Restaurant Manager committed to operational excellence, team leadership, and customer satisfaction within a renowned gastronomic chain. Key Highlights: 1. At Mambrino—a renowned gastronomic chain comprising Bodega de la Trattoria, Oliver, Trattoria Mambrino, and Lucio Caffè—we seek a Junior Restaurant Manager committed to operational excellence, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve: Supervising and managing daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and an exceptional experience for our customers. Coordinating with kitchen, bar, and service teams; managing inventory; and overseeing employee performance to maintain high standards of excellence. Key Requirements: Completed university degree in related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions within restaurants. Knowledge: Restaurant operations management, personnel management, cash and inventory control, customer service, and user-level Office software.
