Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed and registered Pharmacist-Chemist to manage quality, control inventory, and support regulatory affairs, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership, attention to detail, and professional ethics. **Academic and Legal Requirements** * Professional Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy and Biochemistry. * Professional Registration: Must be registered and licensed by the corresponding Chemical-Pharmaceutical College. * Pharmacy Management Authorization: Must hold unrestricted pharmacy management authorization to practice at the establishment (Mon–Fri, 8 AM to 6 PM). * Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of DIGEMID regulations (e.g., Supreme Decree No. 014-2011-SA and its amendments through 2026). Preferred. * Basic English **Main Responsibilities** * Quality Management: Assist in implementing and maintaining Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). * Inventory Control: Supervise receipt, storage, and stock control, ensuring product integrity and traceability. * Regulatory Affairs: Support preparation of files for sanitary registrations and procedures before health authorities. * Technical Documentation: Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and records of the management system. * Pharmacovigilance: Report adverse events or quality issues identified in marketed products. **Competencies and Skills** * Technical: Proficiency in pharmaceutical management systems and office software tools. * Soft Skills: Leadership ability, attention to detail, professional ethics, and results orientation. * Continuous Learning: Knowledge of new storage technologies for medical devices and biological products. * Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) approved by the Technical Director Pharmacist-Chemist. * Dispatch and Logistics: Randomly sample outgoing product shipments accompanied by complete technical documentation. **Age Range: 25 to 35 years** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,200.00 – S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
