Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment reliability, record incidents, inspect auxiliary services, and participate in continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. P MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Electricity, Maintenance Technology, or Industrial Mechanics * 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician * Availability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekly among the three shifts: morning, afternoon, and night **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Repair equipment operational issues during the assigned shift to ensure equipment reliability * Record shift incidents in the SAP system and report equipment failures to the supervisor for timely identification * Inspect and/or ensure the supply of auxiliary services for production and packaging operations * Inspect and/or communicate pending tasks to guarantee production line operability * Ensure and/or execute compliance with SIG standards in all activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational safety and health, and food safety * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in our processes, aligned with company needs, procedures, and policies * Provide support in additional functions delegated by the immediate supervisor **BENEFITS:** * Offered: Payroll registration \+ Base salary (General Regime) \+ statutory benefits \+ company benefits * Dynamic work under pressure and in teams.
