




Job Summary: A growing company is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support report preparation, transaction recording, bank reconciliations, and documentation control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in preparing reports and conducting cost analysis. 2. Recording of accounting transactions and bank reconciliations. 3. Coordination with finance and treasury departments. **Accounting Assistant** A growing company is looking for an **Accounting Assistant** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Support the preparation of accounting reports, cost analysis, and compliance with tax obligations. * Record accounting transactions: purchases, sales, professional service receipts, imports, and other movements. * Perform bank reconciliations and payroll register entries. * Control and archive monthly accounting documentation. * Support petty cash settlements, expense reimbursements, and electronic book submissions (PLE). * Coordinate with finance and treasury departments for revenue and payment controls. * Prepare cost reports and support international trade-related matters. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Accounting. * Prior experience in similar roles (preferred). * Proficiency in accounting systems (SAP or others preferred). * Basic knowledge of tax regulations. * Organization, responsibility, and analytical ability. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. **Benefits:** * 100% covered lunch * Ongoing training * Timely payments **Location:** San Luis, Pedemonte 142 (Landmark: near Clínica San Juan de Dios) **Application:** Interested candidates may contact **920 718 733** or apply directly through this channel.
