Our **Aftersales** team is seeking a **Billing Assistant** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the timely collection and management of fiscal documents for INCHCAPE’s workshop network customers. **What You’ll Do** * Ensure accurate and timely collection — via POS, bank transfer, or O/C (for customers with approved credit) — of payments for services rendered or parts sold from the workshop and/or counter, as applicable. * Verify that documentation for each service is complete (Work Order, Settlement, Certificate of Acceptance, Insurance Approvals, issued coupon) and pre-validated by the appropriate person before generating the fiscal document. * Validate and confirm deposits into the company’s accounts according to the corresponding legal entity. * Contribute to creating a positive impact on the customer service experience, as desired by the brand. * Generate collection and/or billing reports. * Manage the generation and approval of Administrative Credit Notes and Advances. * Maintain proper organization of workshop documentation. * Ensure follow-up and administrative support for cases requiring assistance, including generation of Work Orders, billing, and submission of related documents to Accounting. * Control and safeguard the petty cash assigned. * Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager. * Keep customer data up to date in the SAP system. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Completed technical studies in Administration, Accounting, Banking Administration, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience in Collections and/or as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within the automotive industry. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. * Intermediate-level proficiency in SAP. **Start Your Journey** Join our team and become part of a world-leading automotive company that is **transforming tomorrow — together.** We are committed to developing internal talent; therefore, if you’re interested in this position but don’t meet all the requirements, we encourage you to apply — you could be the ideal candidate.
