A prestigious telecommunications company is seeking a **Civil Works Operator** to perform the following duties: ***Main Duties*** **Operational Activities** * Carry out cleaning, preparation, and conditioning tasks at the worksite. * Assist with layout and setting-out according to technical instructions. * Perform manual excavations for trenches, pits, foundations, pedestals, or manholes. * Assist with mechanized excavations and removal of excess material. * Carry out soil backfilling and compaction work. **Construction and Conduit Installation** * Prepare concrete and mortar mixtures. * Assist with concrete pouring, leveling, and curing. * Install and remove formwork. * Assist with construction and installation of manholes, chambers, ducts, and conduits. * Install PVC, HDPE, or other conduit systems. **Assembly and Logistics Support** * Assist with installation of poles, masts, or minor structures. * Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. * Provide support to specialized technical personnel. **Safety, Order, and Environment** * Strictly comply with occupational safety and health regulations. * Correctly use assigned PPE. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite. * Report unsafe acts or conditions to the supervisor. * Assist with site closure and restoration of the intervened area. **Requirements:** * Primary or secondary education completed (desirable). * Minimum 02 years’ experience in similar positions. * Experience in telecommunications and civil works. * Availability for fieldwork. * Negotiable salary. * Immediate availability. * 100% on-site work.
