CNC LATHE PROGRAMMER AND OPERATOR AND CONVENTIONAL MACHINE OPERATOR

Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC and conventional lathe operator to machine parts, program machines, maintain equipment, and report production output and non-conformities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Machining parts according to engineering drawings 2. Programming conventional machines and CNC lathes 3. Using measuring instruments and effective communication WE ARE A METAL MECHANICAL SME: CNC and Conventional Lathe Operator * Machine parts in accordance with engineering drawings provided to meet customer requirements. * Report any machine breakdowns or malfunctions to enable timely maintenance. * Program conventional machines and CNC lathes. * Properly use assigned measuring instruments and tools. * Request all necessary resources from the Plant Manager or Plant Supervisor to execute tasks, prepare and condition materials for use—ensuring appropriate quality and adherence to schedule. * Maintain effective communication with the immediate supervisor. * Generate daily production reports. * Report non-conforming products to the immediate supervisor.
