Opportunity to work with emerging technologies and process improvement. **We are looking for you!** At Procetradi, we continue growing and want to welcome a Commercial \& Engineer Trainee to our team. **What are we looking for?** * Student in the 10th semester, graduate, or bachelor's degree holder in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial, technical, maintenance, or operations areas. * Interest in developing a commercial career by participating in the preparation of commercial and technical proposals for projects in the electrical energy, mining, and industrial sectors. * Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective, customized solutions. * Basic knowledge of automation, PLCs, or electrical systems. * Interest in emerging technologies, digital transformation, and commercial process improvement. * Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams, customers, and suppliers. * Critical thinking, innovation, organization, adaptability, and commitment to meeting deadlines. * Proactive attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, and alignment with Procetradi’s DNA. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency to participate in commercial and technical meetings. * Availability to work in Lima, onsite, and undertake occasional provincial travel for commercial visits and customer support.
