We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, results orientation, and negotiation skills who wish to develop professionally within a growing company. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and follow up on leads assigned by the company. * Provide personalized commercial advisory services to potential investors. * Conduct phone calls, video calls, and in-person meetings to present the project. * Manage the entire commercial process until sale closure. * Effectively address customer inquiries and objections. * Record and update customer information in the CRM. * Prepare commercial management and follow-up reports. * Participate in farm visits, activations, and commercial events. * Maintain post-sale follow-up and customer retention. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in consultative sales, intangible products, investments, insurance, or real estate. * Experience in sales closing and negotiation. * Proficiency in CRM usage and commercial follow-up. * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * Availability for on-site work in Los Olivos. * Working hours: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary of S/ 1,300 * Attractive sales commissions * First 3 months paid via Receipt for Services Rendered (RxH), followed by formal payroll registration. * Continuous training * Career path and professional growth * Excellent work environment * Commercial support and sales skill development * Incentives and bonuses for goal achievement Join Grupo Baleno and become part of a team that drives major investment opportunities!
