If you love social media, content creation, and feel comfortable communicating on camera, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements** * University graduate in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. * Basic proficiency in Canva and Excel. * Social media management experience. * Basic knowledge of design and digital tools is preferred. * No prior experience required. * Strong verbal communication skills, charisma, and empathy. * Passion for content creation and appearing on camera. * Strong motivation to learn and develop professionally. **Responsibilities** * Manage the brand's social media accounts. * Publish content and materials provided by the company. * Support digital content creation. * Assist in communication and marketing initiatives. **Employment Conditions** * Salary: Market-competitive. * Performance-based salary increases aligned with KPIs. * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * On-site work in SMP. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
