Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage key processes such as payroll, recruitment, and labor regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administer and operate physical or electronic payroll systems (T-Registro, PLAME, or others). * Conduct personnel recruitment. * Prepare social benefits settlements (CTS, bonuses, vacations, or others). * Generate and distribute pay slips, settlements, fifth-category withholding certificates, or other HR-related documents. * Administer affiliation and payroll update systems, SCTR, Health Insurance, and Public or Private Pension systems. * Manage registrations, cancellations, and modifications with EsSalud, AFP, ONP, and insurance companies under the SCTR framework. * Manage labor contract renewals and modifications. * Respond to inspections, requests, and notifications from the Labor Administrative Authority. * Coordinate and attend extra-procedural meetings with labor authorities and respond to any other summonses. * Prepare documentation for labor audits. * Maintain up-to-date formal compliance obligations before SUNAFIL or the Labor Administrative Authority. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: * Current Peruvian labor legislation (Law on Labor Productivity and Competitiveness, complementary regulations). * Social security regulations (EsSalud, SCTR, pension systems). * Administrative procedures before the National or Regional Labor Administrative Authority. * Payroll calculation, social benefits, and settlement computations. * Labor taxation (fifth-category income, withholdings). PERSONAL SKILLS: * Negotiation skills for decision-making. * Effective communication. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Effective communication (oral and written). * Confidentiality and handling of sensitive information. * Integrity and professional ethics.
