Focus on effective communication and proactivity We are a metal-mechanical company looking for a Junior Coordinator who meets the following profile: \- Student and/or graduate of Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. \- Experience in personnel scheduling and client coordination. \- Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude. \- Strong teamwork skills and innovative ideas that deliver excellent field results. \- Proficiency in both fieldwork and office environments. \- Effective communication skills with operational staff and clients. \- Knowledge of daily reporting to immediate supervisor. \- Proactive mindset \- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Willingness to travel: * 25 % (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
