




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented Customer Service Advisor for omnichannel support, incident management, and technical support in the financial/fintech sector. Our company is looking for a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented professional to join our team as a **Customer Service Advisor \- Barranco Office**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Omnichannel Support: Handling and tracking customer inquiries via system, Gmail, and phone calls (loans and payments). * Incident Management: Logging and resolving issues related to CBU/banking data, and preparing the department’s daily report. * Technical Support: Escalating app call failures and tracking cases from start to finish. **What We’re Looking For:** * Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service or contact center roles (financial sector, lending, or collections experience preferred). * Hard Skills: Proficiency with Google tools (Gmail), customer service CRM systems, and familiarity with banking terminology. * Soft Skills: Teamwork, assertive communication, conflict resolution ability, and attention to detail. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/. 1500 \+ Attendance Bonus: S/. 200\. * Benefits: Payroll coverage at 50% starting from the 2nd month (bonuses, CTS, vacation, profit sharing). * Fixed schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (includes 1-hour lunch break).
