This is an administrative position within the Operations department. **Main Responsibilities:** This role involves direct communication with end customers to coordinate and manage their vehicle maintenance. Additionally, the representative must record and update information in the client’s system to ensure proper service scheduling. Other related duties may be assigned based on operational needs. **Requirements:** Applicants must have completed secondary education and a minimum of **6 months of customer service experience**, preferably in administrative or operational environments. Strong task prioritization skills, ability to meet deadlines, and effective customer communication are essential. **Working Conditions:** Working hours: **Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.**, with a **1-hour lunch break**.
