




Job Summary: We are seeking Customer Service Teleoperators for Kia, Peugeot, Chery, and Mitsubishi brands, responsible for handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and registering complaints. Proactive communication and incident resolution At 3eriza, we are looking for Customer Service Teleoperators to support the brands **Kia, Peugeot, Chery, and Mitsubishi**. **Responsibilities:** * Answer customer calls and resolve inquiries. * Schedule maintenance or inspection appointments. * Register inquiries or complaints. * Handle WhatsApp communications based on performance. **Requirements:** * Age between 18 and 50 years. * Minimum 3 months of customer service experience. * Basic Microsoft Office skills. * Basic computer proficiency. * Strong communication skills. * Availability to work in a hybrid setup (must have laptop or PC, internet, and headphones for remote work). **Conditions:** * Honorarium payment * **Salary:** S/.1130 * **Variable bonus:** S/.100 * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday) **Training:** * 3 days of theoretical training and 2 days of on-the-job training (OJT) * S/.20 per day attended * Payment upon completion of 1 month of service Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,130\.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have a laptop/PC, internet, and headphones for working from home? * Is it feasible for you to work in Surquillo?
