Key responsibilities include: * Answering phone calls and handling customer requests for room or other hotel service reservations. * Operating the Infhotel system. * Consistently providing excellent customer service. * Offering guest loyalty proposals. * Handling quotations and follow-ups for individual guests, groups, and travel agents. * Entering individual and group reservations. * Processing payments for entered reservations and coordinating related invoicing.
