Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries, requests, and requirements via phone, digital, and in-person channels. * Provide guidance and information regarding products, enrollments, complaints, and other requirements. * Ensure courteous, empathetic, and protocol-compliant service. * Record incidents, complaints, and requests in the relevant systems. * Manage multiple requests in an organized and efficient manner. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center. * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, either ongoing or completed. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to digital environments. * Proactivity and results orientation.
