Job Summary: Execute and coordinate the entire electronic initiation blasting process, from design to detonation, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and planning of blasting operations. 2. Design, programming, and execution of electronic blasting. 3. Generation of reports and continuous process improvement. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic blasting initiation process to ensure proper detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Perform blasting design, programming, connection, verification, loading, and detonation. * Collect blasting process data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast result tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct training on products and their properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing their requirements and expectations. * Coordinate blasting operations with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of mining experience preferred. * Mining Technician or related degree. * Knowledge of blasting processes preferred. * Class A2b or A1 driver's license (issued at least 3 years ago) preferred.
