




Position Summary: We are seeking a Fall Protection Specialist to design, implement, and supervise safety systems for work at height and manage rescue protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implementation of horizontal and vertical lifeline systems. 2. Management of permits and risk controls for work at height. 3. Development of rescue protocols and emergency response procedures for fall incidents. We are looking for a Fall Protection Specialist! An important transmission line construction project under the Antamina Project is seeking the following profile: Location: Yanacancha Camp – Áncash Work Schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off Main Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and supervise horizontal and vertical lifeline systems. * Inspect and certify fall protection equipment and associated components. * Verify compliance with DC 117 UME Antamina and other applicable standards for work at height. * Manage permits and risk controls to ensure safe execution of activities at height. * Design and implement rescue and emergency response protocols for suspended fall incidents. Requirements: * Minimum of **3 years of experience in networks** (electric power lines, telecommunications, or similar) **or more than 5 years in other critical high-risk activities**. * Proficiency in **DC 117 UME Antamina \- Fall Risk Control at Height**. * Experience with **horizontal and vertical lifeline systems**. * Experience in **inspection and maintenance of equipment for work at height** (harnesses, ropes, anchors, shock absorbers, etc.). * Experience in **permits and protocols for work at height in mining operations**. * Experience in **height rescue plans and procedures**. * Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule at camp.
