A prestigious Brazilian footwear brand for women is seeking FULL-TIME SALES ADVISORS to work at the MELISSA store located in JOCKEY PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER. We seek dynamic individuals with passion for sales and excellence in customer service. **Requirements:** * Young professionals with a service orientation: empathetic, dynamic, trust-building, and skilled in handling and closing sales * Minimum 1 year of sales experience (not mandatory), promotions, and customer service in retail for well-known brands (preferably in shopping malls) * Availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts (one day off between Monday and Thursday) * Basic Excel proficiency * Experience using sales systems and POS terminals * Basic English level (not mandatory) * Prior experience working with sales targets or goals **Responsibilities:** * Advise customers and provide friendly, courteous service * Record sales in the system, issue and manage payment receipts * Maintain order at the point of sale (product display, stock organization, verify in the system that product prices and codes are correct) * Meet monthly sales quotas **Benefits:** * Base salary + commissions + bonuses * Corporate discounts * Career development path * Pleasant work environment JOIN OUR TEAM!
