Proficiency in analytical tools such as People Analytics and Power BI (desirable) Our company, Compañia Minera Antapaccay, is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **HR Generalist – Operations Site:** Antapaccay Mining Camp Régimen/Roster: 4x3 Responsibilities Administer the employee lifecycle (personnel movements and T\-Register), ensuring proper issuance, renewal, and archiving of employment contracts, strictly aligned with current labor legislation and corporate standards. Coordinate, execute, and monitor personnel movements, guaranteeing accurate sizing and timely updates of the organizational structure within systems to respond agilely to mining operational needs. Design, consolidate, and analyze key Human Resources management indicators (turnover, absenteeism, and costs) using People Analytics tools to transform data into insights that improve operational efficiency. Coordinate preparation for labor audits and inspections (SUNAFIL and internal), accompany field supervision to ensure strict compliance with current regulations across all work fronts. Provide support to the Operations HR team on service administration processes, new projects, studies, and other related matters. Antapaccay is a copper mining operation belonging to the Glencore Group since 2013\. It commenced operations in November 2012, following several years of exploration investment aimed at extending the life of the Tintaya mine. The mining settlement is located in the province of Espinar, Cusco region, at an altitude of 4,100 meters above sea level. This operation enables us to continue contributing to the sustainable development of the Espinar province — not only by fostering direct and indirect job creation and boosting the local economy through procurement from regional enterprises, but also by investing in social projects targeted at communities within our area of influence. Requirements Requirements Minimum 3 years of HR process experience in the mining, hydrocarbons, energy, and/or construction sectors. Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Relations. Desirable: HR-related courses or postgraduate studies. Other Requirements and Qualifications Knowledge of HR processes for Operations (organizational structures, personnel movements, contract management, report generation, and HR indicator analysis). Knowledge of labor legislation. Knowledge and proficiency in T\-Register. Intermediate-level MS Excel proficiency is mandatory. Desirable: Valid driver’s license AI, AIIa, AIIb or higher. Desirable: Knowledge of labor productivity studies, labor audit and inspection processes. Desirable: Intermediate-level English proficiency. Desirable: Proficiency in ERPs such as SAP, Meta4, SuccessFactors, etc.; knowledge of People Analytics and data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI.
