Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and making beds, ensuring hygiene and guest satisfaction, working collaboratively, and overseeing inventory and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure guest satisfaction through hygiene and order. 2. Teamwork for maintenance and continuous improvement. 3. Inventory management and proper use of products and equipment. **HOUSEKEEPING / KEY MAID / HOTEL CLEANING STAFF** **Responsibilities:** * Clean, organize, and make beds in guest rooms according to the hotel's quality standards. * Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and common areas of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction. * Ensure the well-being and safety of guests and other staff members. * Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to address any issues in guest rooms and hotel areas. * Monitor and maintain inventory control and care of departmental items, including linens, amenities, equipment, and cleaning supplies, per quality standards. * Ensure proper handling of chemical products, tools, and work equipment. * Record relevant daily information (lost & found, service incidents) to communicate with other departments (e.g., reception). * Report room cleaning times in the work schedule (entry and exit times). * Perform all duties inherent to the position and any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Assist with guest registration tasks (check-in/check-out). **Requirements:** * Completed higher education. * Knowledge of cleaning and bed-making protocols. * Willingness to work outside Lima (rotating 4 days per week). * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in related positions. **Benefits:** * Professional service fee. * 100% covered meal allowance. * Salary negotiable based on candidate’s experience. **Location:** Work is located OUTSIDE LIMA (2 hours away). **Contact:** Send your resume via WhatsApp \+51 923240906 or email hsoldecanta@gmail.com Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.900\.00 per month Workplace: Regular travel required
