Position Summary: We are seeking Industrial Electrician Technicians for corrective and preventive activities in the plastic sector, specializing in automation, electro-hydraulic systems, and electrical/electronic maintenance. Electrical/Electronic Maintenance We are a company in the Plastic Sector and are currently looking for 2 Technicians **INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN TECHNICIAN for corrective and preventive activities.** Your main responsibilities include: * Automation and Control: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and electrical automation systems to control injection cycles. * Electro-Hydraulic Systems: Installation, operation, and maintenance of hydraulic power units, basic and sequential hydraulic circuits commonly found in injection molding machinery. * Electrical/Electronic Maintenance: Diagnosis, repair, and assembly of electromechanical components, contactors, relays, three-phase motors, and heating resistors. * Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics for rapid fault detection. * Measurement and Diagnosis: Expert use of instruments such as multimeters, ammeters, and oscilloscopes to verify sensors and actuators. * Power and Heating Systems: Installation and maintenance of electric heating resistors (heating bands) for the barrel and precise temperature control. * Motors and Variable Frequency Drives: Handling of three-phase electric motors, motor starters, and frequency inverters for hydraulic pumps on injection molding machines. * Sensors and Actuators: Calibration and replacement of position sensors (linear scales), pressure sensors, temperature sensors, and electro-pneumatic/hydraulic actuators. * Blueprint Interpretation: Reading complex electrical, electronic, and pneumatic diagrams for fault localization (troubleshooting). * Industrial Safety: Application of safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures on control panels and high-power equipment. * **W**illingness to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, if required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the plastic injection field is required.
