Participation in validation and updating of WBS and Sectorization **PROJECT PLANNING ENGINEER** ========================================== Company: CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) Location: Projects Our company **CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) (P030\)** is seeking top talent for the position of: **PROJECT PLANNING ENGINEER** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Coordinate planning and production management processes, following the company's project management methodologies and procedures, to ensure optimal handling of workflows and resources for construction processes. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Participate in validation and updating of WBS and Sectorization (areas and/or systems), and coordinate alignment of the Phasing Plan for project control with other tools (e.g., RUP, RO, etc.). * Develop the internal project schedule in coordination with the production department, establishing time-bound goals and resource allocations aligned with the contractual schedule to ensure continuous workflow during execution\*. * Monitor and control both internal and contractual schedules during project execution to keep them updated with corresponding As\-Built and Forecast activities. * Actively participate in developing justifications for time extension requests using forensic analysis techniques (Retrospective and Prospective) as required. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Planning and/or Control Engineer. * Demonstrable participation in EPC Electromechanical mining projects is a mandatory requirement. * Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. * Proficiency in database management using MS Excel. * Proficiency in Power BI will be considered an advantage. * Must reside in Arequipa or nearby areas in southern Peru, and/or be available to work under a 21x7 regime in Arequipa.
