Comprehensive information management and reporting TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- Job Mission: Carry out proper preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment. Responsibilities: · Provide all required information within established timeframes to ensure timely and accurate customer service. · Properly execute installation procedures: internal/external coordination, tracking, and implementation to guarantee optimal equipment performance. · Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule and protocols. · Fieldwork and technical service. · Keep the information system up to date. Record events, cases, failures, and performed maintenance activities. · Adhere to established maintenance schedules (diagnostic, corrective, or preventive) and prepare corresponding reports. Nationwide travel required. · Follow administrative and technical procedures for performing assigned tasks. * Physical inspection of imported equipment * Issue reports regarding received equipment Requirements: * Graduated Biomedical or Electronics Engineer * Experience with medical equipment; minimum one year of experience * Intermediate/Advanced English * Proficiency in MS Office; Intermediate/Advanced Power BI * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
