Responsible, punctual, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills **We are currently seeking a Maintenance Department team member**, with knowledge and experience in **masonry, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work**, who wishes to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing preventive and corrective infrastructure maintenance tasks, performing repairs, installations, and improvements to ensure facilities remain in optimal operational and safety conditions. Key responsibilities include wall, floor, and finish repairs; sanitary system maintenance; door, window, and furniture repairs; as well as installation, inspection, and repair of basic electrical systems. Additionally, the candidate will provide general maintenance support, promptly and efficiently addressing any arising requirements. We seek a responsible, punctual, proactive individual with strong teamwork abilities, willingness to learn, and commitment to completing assigned tasks. Experience in maintaining shopping centers, buildings, companies, or similar institutions is highly valued, as is the ability to solve problems and execute work safely and to a high standard.
