Requirements Recent graduate or experienced in Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Biology, or Industrial Engineering * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Organizational and leadership skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Problem-solving ability. * Adaptability and teamwork. Responsibilities * Supervise quality controls from raw material receipt through finished product storage, ensuring traceability. * Verify compliance with personal hygiene, equipment cleaning, and facility sanitation standards. * Monitor production processes, report deviations, and coordinate corrective actions. * Complete and maintain up-to-date records for GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and other quality system documents. * Track cleaning, maintenance, and control schedules. * Manage and verify returns, complaints, and claims. * Support dispatch and delivery of products to warehouse. * Provide support for other tasks assigned by management. Working Conditions * Employment type: Full-time. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Contract type: Permanent employment. * Remuneration: S/ 1,300 to S/ 1,500 per month (based on evaluation and experience). * Vacancies: 1\.
