Integrated Management Systems Consultant

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to implement, advise on, and supervise Integrated Management Systems (IMS), plan internal audits, and propose improvements to the client's management system performance. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) 2. Advisory services and coordination with clients on management system projects 3. Conducting internal audits and process inspections **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. · Diplomas and/or specialized courses in Integrated Management Systems. · Training on occupational health and safety (OHS) and environmental legal regulations. · Internal auditor training. · Course and/or training in process management or BPMN. · Minimum 1 year of experience implementing management systems based on ISO 9001\-14001\-45001 in consulting firms or other sectors. · Knowledge of and/or implementation experience with Law No. 29783 and its Regulation. · Microsoft Office (Intermediate level) · Power BI (Desirable) **Responsibilities:** · Prepare all documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.) required for implementing IMS. · Provide advisory services to clients regarding needs and/or issues encountered in achieving project objectives for management system implementation. · Deliver presentations and training sessions to raise awareness about management systems for assigned projects. · Coordinate with client personnel to ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and project objectives. · Schedule consultancy sessions according to project timelines. · Prepare consultancy reports and statistics for service performance analysis. · Coordinate and supervise client personnel directly involved in management system implementation projects to facilitate achievement of objectives. · Ensure compliance with the Management System program. · Plan and conduct internal audits. · Perform inspections and/or compliance audits of the client’s processes. · Propose improvements to the client’s management system performance. · Support company-organized events promoting its services. · Other duties as assigned according to the nature of the position.
