Efficient work culture supported by technological tools Brizza Design S.A.C., a studio specializing in neuro-interior design with over 4 years in the market and presence at Expodeco, seeks to hire an Interior Designer with a technical and operational profile for our office in Lima. **What will be your mission?** You will serve as the right hand of our design and execution team, ensuring that creative vision is translated into flawless technical execution. Key Responsibilities: * Technical Survey: Taking precise measurements and conducting detailed photographic documentation during initial site visits. * Technical Production: Preparing complete technical packages (layout plans, lighting plans, data plans, furniture plans, and sections). * On-site Support: Conducting on-site supervision of technical teams (carpenters, electricians, painters) and preparing progress reports. * Design Management: Providing direct support to the Lead Designer in verifying measurements and quality control of freelancer-submitted files. **Required Profile:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or professional title in Interior Architecture or Interior Design. * Technical Proficiency: Advanced-level AutoCAD (mandatory) and Office suite proficiency for budget preparation. * Visualization Software: Familiarity with D5 Render or Enscape. * Competencies: Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to technical detail, and excellent communication abilities for direct interaction with suppliers and construction foremen. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a nationally expanding studio handling highly complex projects in the healthcare and residential sectors. * Career growth path toward leadership roles based on performance. * Work culture grounded in efficiency and the use of cutting-edge technological tools. **How to Apply:** Send your updated CV and portfolio (maximum 10 MB) to brizzadesign@outlook.com with the subject line: "DESIGN APPLICATION \- \[Your Name]".
