(Helados Yamboly), a food industry company, we are currently seeking a Technical Manager and official representative before SUNAT for IQBF-related processes, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards in our production processes. Requirements * Graduate in Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Food Science, Biology, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of GMP, Hygiene and Sanitation, and HACCP *(mandatory)*. * Familiarity with international food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, BRC, among others. * Specialized training in food hygiene and safety. * Knowledge of IQF declaration before SUNAT. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions within the food industry *(mandatory)*. Competencies and Responsibilities * Prepare, manage, and support applications, technical reports, and reports. * Implement the IQBF control and monitoring system. * Safeguard warehouses where IQBF materials are handled. * Verify formulations and proper usage in processes. * Lead inspections by regulatory authorities. * Ensure compliance with current sanitary regulations.
