We seek an organized and methodical accounting professional with experience in comprehensive accounting management and the ability to handle multiple clients while accurately meeting tax deadlines. The candidate must adapt to a dynamic environment, demonstrating technical judgment, proactivity, and commitment to work quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant. * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting consultancies or firms, managing accounting processes comprehensively. * Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Starsoft. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience in services and/or construction sectors (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive accounting management. * Tax settlement preparation. * Preparation and analysis of Financial Statements (FS). * Compliance with tax and accounting obligations. **Conditions:** * On-site work, Monday to Friday. * General Labor Regime. * Monthly salary between S/ 3,000 and S/ 3,200, depending on evaluation.
