Positive work environment We are looking for a licensed lawyer to join the Litigation \- Civil Procedure Department of the firm. Main Responsibilities: – Sponsorship and monitoring of civil judicial proceedings at all stages. – Drafting and filing procedural documents and appeals in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code. – Attendance at hearings, judicial proceedings, and other civil judicial activities. – Case file analysis, procedural strategy formulation, and deadline management. Requirements: * Licensed and authorized lawyer. * Experience in judicial litigation (minimum 2 years preferred). * Knowledge of civil, labor, and/or administrative procedures. * Legal analytical ability and strategic mindset. * Strong legal writing skills and deadline management capability. * Proficiency in Office tools and judicial systems.
