We are currently seeking a Junior Civil Engineer. **Requirements:** * Professional degree, bachelor's degree, or graduate in Civil Engineering. * More than 2 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager, or Cost Engineer. * Experience in the Industrial and Building Construction sectors. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of PMI standards; familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (Desirable). * Proficiency in SAP 2000 and ETABS (intermediate level), structural design, and calculation report preparation. * English: Intermediate level (Desirable). * Availability to work in Surco \- Lima. **Responsibilities:** * Perform quantity take-offs and budget estimation. * Information management and effective communication. * Review project drawings and documents (calculation reports, descriptive documents, technical specifications, SOW, BOM, and MR). * Prepare field visit reports and engineering proposals. * Compile lists of queries and deliverables. * Other duties related to the position, aligned with the type of services provided by the company. **Position Conditions:** * Remuneration: To be negotiated based on experience and qualifications (S/2000 to S/2500\) * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (IN-PERSON) * Work location: Santiago de Surco. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth and development.
