At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** Profile focused on execution and development expertise ### **Technical Direction and Design** * Translate business priorities into concrete technical solutions. * Define "Definition of Done" criteria aligned with quality, performance, and security. * Design microservices-based (Java) solutions and efficient consumption from React Native. ### **Architecture and Contracts** * Ensure proper definition and adherence to contracts between squads: * APIs (REST) * Frontend-mobile-oriented BFFs * Integration with the Super App shell * Validate alignment with architectural standards and technical governance with the architect ### **Quality, Delivery, and Operations** * Promote quality practices: testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), code reviews, and automation. * Advocate for feature flags to enable progressive deployments, reviewed by the architect. * Lead observability (logs, metrics, traces) and incident management: ### **Collaboration and Leadership** * Coordinate technical dependencies with other Tech Leads. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Profile** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields * Development experience: * Mobile frontend with React Native * Backend with Java (microservices) * Knowledge of distributed systems design: * BFFs * APIs * Identity/authentication management * Knowledge of: * Feature flags * Observability **Additional Information** Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
