Proactively coordinate with support departments **Job Summary** We are looking for the best professional for the Customer Service Representative position to join the IFF team, responsible for the end-to-end order process, ensuring timely delivery of both local and export orders, handling customer complaints, resolving operational issues, communicating assertively and proactively with customers, continuously pursuing process improvement, and collaborating with other support departments. **The Customer Service Representative role will include the following responsibilities:** * Manage purchase orders end-to-end for local or export customers (from order entry into the system, tracking with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, providing order status information to customers, through to invoicing and dispatch). * Timely and accurately handle customer requests, coordinating with relevant support departments. * Process complaints in the system and follow up until resolution is complete. * Enter requests for credit notes, material returns, and other related items. * Meet the KPIs assigned to this role.
