We require candidates to meet the following qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience managing poultry or other restaurants. * Personnel management and leadership experience. * Age between 27 and 40 years. * Technical or bachelor's degree in Administration; intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge. * Residence within the district of **San Juan de Lurigancho and/or adjacent areas**. Responsibilities include: * Personnel supervision and management. * Performing store opening and closing procedures. * Ensuring proper operation of the POS system and other store systems. * Verifying cash reconciliations and internal inventory controls. * Validating merchandise receipt reconciliations. * Resolving customer complaints and providing assistance. * Ensuring effective and satisfactory customer service. * Scheduling staff shifts. * Other duties as required by the store.
