We are currently seeking a **Junior Sushi Roller** to join our team at **Santoku Sushi Bar**, contributing to the diversification of our gastronomic offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and rolling of maki, nigiri, and other sushi pieces under the supervision of a senior roller or itamae, ensuring proper technique, presentation, and adherence to the quality standards that define our restaurant. **Available Locations: San Miguel Branch / San Luis Branch** Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. * Technical and/or higher education in gastronomy. * Knowledge of Good Hygiene Practices, cleaning, and food handling. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions from the senior roller or itamae. * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to teamwork. * Familiarity with cold, hot, and frying stations. * Basic proficiency in cooking techniques, mise en place, food handling, and plating. * Valid Health Certificate is mandatory.
