




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Technical Support professional with a service-oriented mindset to perform diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and training for electronic products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and repair of equipment in after-sales service 2. Customer training and preparation of technical reports 3. Internal support on product technical specifications We are currently looking for Technical Support personnel to join our team. We seek a proactive individual with a learning orientation and a strong service vocation. Main Responsibilities: * Diagnosis and repair of equipment as part of after-sales service. * Preventive equipment maintenance (cleaning, adjustment, and inspection). * Customer training on product usage and handling. * Preparation of technical reports and video tutorials. * Prior experience in printer maintenance is desirable. * Inventory control of demonstration equipment and supporting documentation. * Internal support on product technical specifications. Requirements: * Graduate or current student in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of electronic equipment repair. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Prior experience in similar roles is desirable. * Organizational skills, ability to work in teams, and results orientation. * Availability for domestic travel when required. Working Conditions: * On-site work mode. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; two Saturdays per month, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Base salary: S/ 1,200\.00 plus commissions * Formal employment registration with statutory benefits.
