We are currently looking for a **Technical Development Lead** who wants to take on a strategic role, lead teams, and participate in designing modern solutions in cloud environments. * **What will be your mission?:** Serve as the technical reference for the development team, ensuring code quality, best practices, robust architecture, and alignment between technology and business. * **Experience and Education Requirements:** \* 7\+ years of proven experience as a software developer. \* 3\+ years leading technical teams. \* Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. \* Preferred: training or certifications in agile methodologies, project management, or software development standards. * **Technical Knowledge (Hard Skills):** \* Required: C\#, JavaScript. \* Preferred: Python. \- Front-end Frameworks \* Required: React. \* Preferred: Ionic. * **Cloud / Azure:** \* Proficiency in Azure Functions and App Services. * **Databases:** \* Proficiency in MS SQL Server. * **Assessment Areas:** \* Query performance analysis. \* Stored procedure programming. \* ETL development. * **Infrastructure and Architecture:** \* Solid knowledge of networks and communications. \* Proficiency in the C4 Model. \* Entity-Relationship design. \* Use of GitLab/GitHub for version control. \* Experience with project management and testing tools. * **Preferred Knowledge in:** \* Power Apps / Power Automate. \* RocketBot (RPA). \* Virtualization and containers. * **Soft Skills:** \* Clear and effective communication, oriented toward technical understanding. \* Ability to negotiate, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts. \* Technical leadership to coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams. ***We look forward to growing together!*** Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month.
