




Position Summary: We are seeking a License and Software Support Technical Assistant to manage licensing, provide technical support to customers, and coordinate software implementations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages software licensing and coordinates software implementations. 2. Provides technical support and resolves incidents for customers. 3. Manages system versions and tracks processes. We are Real Systems, a Peruvian company with 32 years of experience in enterprise software and consulting. Currently, we are looking for a LICENSE AND SOFTWARE SUPPORT TECHNICAL ASSISTANT. Requirements: * Technical professional graduated in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum two years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Responsibilities: * Manage the software licensing process, including activation, updates, and license delivery. * Provide customer technical support and assistance through various communication channels. * Coordinate and execute activities related to the implementation, installation, and updating of software solutions. * Manage the generation, compilation, and release of new system versions. * Conduct remote support sessions for configuration, activation, and resolution of issues related to licenses and access keys. * Ensure adherence to implementation and installation schedules agreed upon with customers. * Prepare and track reports on installations, version deliveries, licenses, and pending activities. * Maintain control and tracking of implementation and support processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
