Teamwork in hazardous waste management A well-established environmental services company, specializing in hazardous waste handling and management, is seeking to hire **Loading Operators** to strengthen its operations team. We are looking for responsible, dynamic, and committed individuals willing to perform operational tasks while adhering to safety regulations and established procedures. **Required Profile:** * Completed secondary education. * Reside in Ventanilla or the vicinity of Parque Porcino. * Available to work under a rotating shift system from Monday to Sunday, with assigned rest days. * Available to work 12-hour shifts and 6-hour shifts on Saturdays. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and waste in accordance with safety guidelines. * Support the review and organization of operational documentation. * Carry out other duties assigned by supervision as required by service needs. **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Bi-weekly and timely salary payments. * Additional benefits for transportation and meals. * Full attendance bonus. * Extraordinary bonus of S/ 1,000 in June and November. * Continuous training and development. * Opportunity for growth within the organization.
