Opportunity for professional growth and a positive work environment A telecommunications company is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Civil Works Projects) with experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects and field construction management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the execution of civil works for telecommunications projects (nodes, tower bases, ducts, chambers, foundations), from planning through to project closeout. * Supervise construction progress, quantity surveying, costs, and schedules. * Coordinate with site supervisors, inspectors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of observations. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. * Prepare technical reports and project progress updates. * Monitor schedules and costs to ensure no significant deviations occur from the project’s critical path. * Manage change orders, valuations, and technical project documentation. * Perform other duties related to the department and as required by the company’s interests. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in civil works project coordination or management. * Proficiency in reading drawings, quantity surveying, budgeting, and scheduling. * Knowledge of node and tower construction, concrete works, and earthworks. * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel (intermediate/advanced level), Power BI, S10, Civil 3D, SAP 2000, Revit. * Leadership, organizational, planning, effective communication, and stress-management skills. * Willingness to work both on-site and in office environments. **Offer Includes:** * Formal employment contract / service invoices (as agreed). * Market-competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Positive work environment **Key Competencies:** * Technical leadership and coordination. * Strategic project planning. * Results orientation and adherence to deadlines. * Collaborative teamwork and assertive communication.
