Job Summary: We are seeking a Maki Roller to support the preparation and production of maki rolls and other bar items, ensuring quality and restaurant standards. Key Highlights: 1. Pedro Miotta N.° 860, San Juan de Miraflores Schedule: 2:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. (Full time) Job Objective: To support the preparation and production of maki rolls and other bar items, ensuring quality, organization, and compliance with restaurant standards. Main Responsibilities: - Prepare maki rolls and other kitchen items according to recipes and standards. - Perform daily mise en place (ingredients, sauces, cuts, and pre-preparation). - Handle food correctly, maintaining hygiene and safety standards. - Assist in organizing and cleaning the work area. - Perform basic ingredient inventory control and proper product storage. - Adhere to production timelines during service. Requirements: - Reside in SJM or nearby areas. - Availability for full-time employment and rotating shifts. - Prior experience as a Junior Itamae or in a maki bar (mandatory). - Knowledge of maki preparation and ingredient handling. - Ability to work under pressure and during rotating shifts. - Organization, responsibility, and commitment to work. - Strong teamwork skills and proactive attitude.
