Coordination with departments to gather requirements and convert them into solutions At Grupo EDSA, we are urgently looking for a **Monday and Soluflex Programmer / Implementer**, with experience in configuration, automation, integration, and process improvement, to optimize the company’s administrative, financial, logistics, and project management. We seek an operational and solution-oriented profile capable of implementing dashboards, workflows, automations, and reports to enable greater control, traceability, and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Configure and optimize dashboards in Monday.com * Design automations, workflows, and dashboards * Implement process improvements in treasury, logistics, administration, and projects * Integrate operations between Monday and Soluflex ERP * Provide support in structuring reports and tracking KPIs * Propose improvements for internal process control and organization * Coordinate with various departments to gather requirements and convert them into operational solutions **Requirements** * Proven experience with **Monday.com** * Experience with **Soluflex ERP** * Proficiency in automations, workflows, dashboards, and reports * Analytical ability, organization, and execution skills * Preferred experience in construction, real estate, or project management companies * Availability for on-site work in Lima * Immediate availability **Competencies** * Proactivity * Organization and focus on control * Implementation capability * Results orientation * Strong communication skills with operational and administrative departments **Position Objective** Develop and implement functional solutions in Monday and Soluflex to enable better control over payments, logistics, administrative processes, project tracking, and managerial reporting. **Work Modality:** On-site **Work Location:** Lima **Start Date:** Immediately **Application** Interested candidates should submit an updated CV specifying concrete experience in projects developed with **Monday** and **Soluflex**.
