If you are motivated to build reliable solutions—organized and truly focused on quality—this opportunity may be right for you. **Role Purpose:** Execute the installation and assembly of electrical systems on construction sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and established project timelines. **What You Will Do in This Role:** * Perform EMT conduit installation, wiring, and assembly of Low-Voltage switchboards. * Carry out Grounding System installations. * Interpret electrical installation drawings for accurate field execution. * Support the Foreman in providing technical guidance to the journeymen and assistants under your supervision. * Ensure proper use of measurement equipment during electrical testing. **What We Are Looking For:** * Education: Electrical Technician specialized in electrical installations. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an operator. * Construction Site Experience: Prior experience in hospitals, shopping centers, or educational institutions (schools). * Knowledge: Advanced blueprint reading skills, proficiency in digital tools (AutoCAD / Revit 3D basic) and measurement equipment. * Availability to travel nationwide. **Employment Conditions** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Why Join Roland Print?** * You will engage with real-world projects, modern equipment, and standardized processes. * We believe in continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth.
